Where do you ship from?
A warehouse inside the United States. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is free.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We currently sell to customers in the United States only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
The product
How bright is it?
Up to 600 lumens from 100 LED beads spread across four faces, covering an area of roughly 50 m².
How far does the sensor reach?
The PIR sensor covers a 120° arc and detects movement at roughly 26–36 feet. Best results come from mounting it 6.5–7 feet off the ground.
Does it need wiring?
No. It charges from the solar panel on top and mounts with two screws. The mounting hardware is included.
What are the three modes?
Motion-only (dark until triggered, then full brightness), dim-until-motion (a low glow all night that jumps to full output on movement), and steady dim light through the night.
Will it survive rain and snow?
The housing is IP65-rated and the ABS body is heat- and frost-resistant, so it is built for permanent outdoor mounting. It is not made to be submerged or fitted where water pools against it.
What if the wall does not get much sun?
It needs daylight on the panel to charge. Several hours of direct sun gives the best runtime; deep shade will noticeably shorten how long it lasts at night.
How many should I get?
The 2-pack covers a front door and a driveway or side gate. The 4-pack is for covering the front, back and both sides of a house.

Can I return it?
Yes — within 30 days, for a refund.
It arrived damaged. What now?
Email us with a photo and we will sort out a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If it has not left the warehouse yet we can usually still change it.
