Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Verawell Nova is dispatched from our warehouse in the UK.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time and cost

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders and is sent via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

Tracking your order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Delays

We do everything we can to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will help track it down.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be subject to a re-dispatch fee.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
