Welcome to Verawell ("Verawell," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of verawell92.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

1.2 Products and Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products, including images and specifications. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, to discontinue any product at any time, and to correct pricing or description errors even after an order has been submitted.

 

1.3 Product Safety - Decorative Lighting

Verawell Nova is a decorative light projector intended for indoor decorative use only. It is not a toy and is not a medical device. Keep the light beam away from eyes at close range, do not leave the unit running unattended near curtains or fabric for extended periods, and use only with the cable and power source supplied or recommended. Always follow the safety instructions included with your order.

 

1.4 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unauthorised or illegal activity. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

 

1.5 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment was already collected. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel described in our Refund Policy.

 

1.6 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, available on the Site. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; Verawell is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

 

1.7 Returns, Refunds and Your Statutory Rights

If you are a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and further rights if goods are faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, available on the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those statutory rights.

 

1.8 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Verawell or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

 

1.9 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law; transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

 

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verawell and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold Verawell harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

 

1.12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, mandatory local consumer protection law may also apply and you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

 

1.13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
